研究了自组装三层修饰金电极的制备及其电化学性能。修改涉及三个步骤的方法;(i)制备半胱胺自组装单层,Au-CA,(ii)戊二醛活化Au-CA制备Au-CA-GA,(iii)用2-氨基乙基磷酸二氢酯修饰Au-CA-GA以磷酸基团官能化表面,Au-Ca-Ga-AEDP。制备的薄膜修饰电极成功地识别了水溶液中的铀酰阳离子(Uu2 2+)。循环伏安法(CV)和电化学阻抗谱法(EIS)分别对每一步进行了跟踪。EIS和CV结果证实了该膜对UO2 2+的高亲和力。EIS数据可以根据膜的电荷转移电阻(R ct)随阳离子浓度的变化来识别UO2 2+。获得了三个数量级以上的动态范围。
